Do you need Infant/Toddler care (Early Head Start)?
Central Arkansas Development Council is currently surveying parents and/or legal guardians
in our service area to see if Early Head Start centers are needed.
Early Head Start is FREE to income-eligible families.
Early Head Start is a quality early childhood education program serving pregnant women, infants,
and toddlers (age 6 weeks old up to 3 years of age.
