The Board of Directors of Central Arkansas Development Council will have a board meeting Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at CADC Administrative Office, 321 Edison Ave., Benton,Arkansas. The public is invited to join the meeting.

The Central Arkansas Development Council (CADC) will begin accepting applications for the 2026 Summer Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) starting July 6, with special mass intake events planned across five Arkansas counties during the program’s opening week. Mass Intake Days will be held in Miller, Ouachita, Union, Columbia and Pulaski counties from July 6-10. Residents in those counties must attend the designated event in their county to apply during the firs
