The vehicles listed below are for sale by sealed bid.

The sealed bids can be mailed to Vehicle Bids, CADC, P.O. Box 580, Benton AR 72015, dropped off at the front desk of the CADC Benton Administration Office located at 321 Edison Avenue, Benton AR 72015 or dropped off at the Malvern SCAT office located at 830 West Moline, Malvern,AR 72104.

For the vehicles listed as having no title, they will be sold with a Bill of Sale

only. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to file for and obtain a title if desired. CADC will

not be responsible for obtaining the title. All vehicles are being sold as is. CADC will not

be liable for any issues that result from the purchase of or operation of the vehicles in

this sale. You will be required to sign a release of liability at the time of payment.

Bids will be accepted from March 2, 2026, until March 20, 2026 and will be opened and

awarded to the highest bidder on March 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM using the contact method

included on your bid. Payment for the vehicle or vehicles purchased will be due when

you arrive to collect the vehicle or vehicles. Bids for vehicles not collected within 30

days of the award will be considered void. Buyers must collect the vehicle or vehicles

that they purchased within 10 days of the completed purchase.
