CADC 2026 Summer Cooling Assistance Ends September 30

The clock is ticking for Central Arkansas residents seeking financial relief from high summer energy bills. The Central Arkansas Development Council (CADC) Summer Cooling Assistance Program—funded through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)—is officially closing on September 30, 2026.  

All applications must be fully submitted by this final date to be considered for processing. Once the deadline passes, remaining intake closes, and funds cannot be retroactively applied to summer bills.
