About CADC
Central Arkansas Development Council is a private, non-profit community action agency serving 12 counties in Central and South Arkansas. The mission of CADC is to improve the quality of life and build strong communities in Arkansas.

Income guidelines used to determine eligibility in programs offered by CADC.
CADC is accepting applications for the regular and crisis LIHEAP program. This program assists households with electric bills only.
CADC Senior Activity Centers in Clark, Hot Spring, Montgomery, Pike, and Saline Counties will serve as cooling shelters during their regular business hours
